Kamilla Isanbaeva was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
From the age of 5 she was accepted into the Central Music School, supervised by the Tashkent State Conservatory, where she started her education as a pianist, organist and a violinist.
From the age of 10, she participated as a pianist in many national music competitions and won several prizes. In 1990 she moved to Moscow for one year to continue her musical studies with several professors from the National Music School.
In 1994 Kamilla immigrated to the Netherlands where she was admitted to the Young Talents Class at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. During the next years, she performed regularly in the well-known concert halls of Europe, a.o. Concertgebouw Amsterdam. Kamilla also took part in numerous piano competitions for young talented musicians and received several important prizes.
Already at the early stage of her career, Kamilla was considered as a young virtuosic soloist by established professors.
Isanbaeva studied with a.o. Jan Wijn, Marcel Baudet and Ton Hartsuiker.
From 2000 she started her Bachelor Degree with Prof.Naum Grubert at the Conservatory of Amsterdam.
Because of her passion for chamber music, Kamilla founded the Kafka trio, which had a successful
concert life. They followed many international masterclasses with Hatto Bayerle, Altenberg trio, Jens-Peter Mainz etc. The Kafka trio was engaged in many respected music festivals and concerts.
In 2005 Kamilla Isanbaeva finished her Bachelor Degree with cum laude, where she performed a.o. Beethoven's 5th piano concerto as a soloist with orchestra. She continued her Master Degree with Mila Baslawskaja in Amsterdam. To develop her musical education she was invited for one year to Freiburg (Germany), where Kamilla studied with Prof. Gottlieb. During this period she performed numerous concerts in Germany as a soloist and as a chamber musician.
Kamilla participated in International Piano Academy Masterclasses, where she attended classes with Prof.Rouvier and Prof.Pochekin.
Kamilla's Master Degree examination of 2008 was a big succes and lead to international radio streaming.
In 2010 she relocated to Vienna, Austria. Besides her recitals in the Netherlands, she performed in the numerous music festivals a.o. St.Gallen Festival near Salzburg.
She shares the stage with several well-known international performers in Vienna, at Burg Feistritz and Kitzbuehel.
Kamilla Isanbaeva recorded in November 2011 two CD's for the major music label Naxos with cellist Harriet Krijgh. Part of this program was performed on the Dutch radio, with live streaming out of the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam.
Since January 2012 Kamilla relocated to London, UK. |
